This role will involve: Planning and teaching engaging and informative lessons that inspire Reception pupils and allows all pupils to make progress. Building positive relationships with pupils and Teaching Assistants to create excellent learning environments. Managing challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive and consistent manner Differentiating lessons appropriately to suit the needs and earning styles of all pupils. Using varied methods of assessment to assess pupil progress Displaying high levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with children. Working effectively with Teaching Assistants to ensure children receive the best possible educational experience This role requires: An Enhanced DBS (ideally on the Update Service but this is not essential as we can process a new one for you) QTS and Primary Teaching experience.
