In this role you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Learners to provide support and advice to help them achieve their personal goals. Duties & Responsibilities Serve as a Tutor to a cohort/caseload of learners, fostering a supportive learning environment. Develop and deliver engaging in-person sessions to learners, maintaining high standards with support from Quality. Create and support updates on resources and lesson plans, addressing individual and group needs. Assess and mark learners' work in adherence to quality and compliance guidelines. Work towards agreed targets with support from the Manager. Actively promote our training courses to learners, supporting additional course interests. Tailor your teaching to ensure a consistent approach and support to all learners in every session. Support all learners in achieving actively pursued courses within the centre. Collaborate closely with the Blackpool team, Quality, and IQA team. Person Specification Recognised Teaching Qualification e.g. PGCE, PTLLS or equivalent Assessors Qualification (A1, D32/33, TAQA, CAVA) or willingness to work towards Functional Skills Level 2 in Math's, English and ICT or willingness to work towards or GCSE English Language or equivalent (Grade A -C) Experience of delivering vocational qualifications successfully using remote and digital platforms Strong IT Skills with experience of using MS packages Competencies and background in Employability, Customer Service, Hospitality, Health and Social Care and Retai
