As a Deputy Manager you will be: Supporting the Registered Manager to prepare for contract reviews and represent the organisation in respect of service delivery. Supporting the Registered Manager to create, maintain and enhance productive working relationships within the home. Ensuring the appropriate number and skill mix of staff on duty at any given time subject to company protocol and the needs of the service users. Planning, implementing and monitoring the Person Centred Approach to care within the home.
