Manage relationships with tenants, landlords, and external contractors. Utilize your knowledge of damp/mold and fire safety to address related issues. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. Requirements: Previous experience in maintenance, surveying, or related fields. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo the process.
