12 month temporary contract with a public sector organisation in Manchester.
Your new company
This is a large, public sector organisation working on new built and refurbishment schemes. The work here includes high rise residential properties, offices, lecture theatres, laboratories and classrooms. With a varied portfolio the work here is both interesting and secure.
Your new role
In this role you will be managing the delivery of projects within an established framework. You will be working from initial client brief, delivering specifications, cost effective designs, procurement strategies and producing reports. You will be the subject matter expert when it comes to energy efficiency This is an office based role but it will include, client meetings, site visits and site surveys across live projects in Manchester.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be degree qualified in Building Services or equivalent with previous experience working within the building services industry.
You will have a relevant CIBSE or equivalent qualification. As this role involves both design and project management you will need to be able to use AutoCAD and any relevant design software (Amtech. Dialux, Relux).
