Key Responsibilities for the position include: Carrying out shift-based duties, including breakdown repair , planned maintenance , and improvement programs . Following a schedule of planned work, which includes inspection , servicing , and installation tasks. Working on a wide range of electrical equipment, including up to 11kV under supervision . The ideal candidate should be: Physically fit , capable of working at heights and in confined spaces. Experienced in electrical work within a hot metal or heavy manufacturing environment . Knowledgeable about the IEE Wiring Regulations , PLCs , AC Drives , Instrumentation , and LV distribution equipment . Familiar with relevant International/British Standards . Able to diagnose complex faults and handle multiple tasks. Proficient in conducting risk assessments . Skilled at networking and building professional relationships.
