Trainee Paint Sprayer / Spray Applicator

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11)
Pay: From £13.00 per hour + Overtime Rates

We are currently supporting a leading manufacturing company in the recruitment of a Trainee Paint Sprayer / Spray Applicator based in Evesham (WR11) .

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. You will receive hands-on training from highly experienced paint specialists, starting with preparation techniques and progressing to become a skilled paint sprayer.

The Role

As a Trainee Paint Sprayer, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing items for spraying (cleaning, scraping, sanding as required)
Assisting with and eventually carrying out spray-painting to a high standard
Conducting quality inspections of finished products
Supporting the wider team to ensure efficient production processes

Previous manufacturing experience desirable (but not essential)

No previous paint spraying experience required - full training provided.

Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM - 2:00PM
Saturday (Overtime): 6:00AM - 10:00AM

Pay Rates

£13.00 per hour (starting rate)
£19.50 per hour (after 40 hours / Saturday overtime)
£26.00 per hour (Bank Holidays)
