The Director of Portfolio Performance is a senior, commercially astute strategic leader responsible for maximising the performance, resilience, and long term value of the Energy Customer Solutions Division within the SSE Group. This role leads three core areas: (1) divisional strategy, (2) commercial performance and business development, and (3) transformation and programme delivery. You will shape long term direction while driving value today, ensuring capital and resources are deployed effectively to achieve ECS targets. You'll inspire and guide high performing teams, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensure our organisation remains resilient, future ready, and committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
