Job responsibilities Supervise and support a team of operatives delivering responsive and minor planned repairs Carry out repairs and maintenance works where required, leading by example Allocate and manage daily workloads to meet service standards and KPIs Inspect completed works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance Diagnose building defects and raise follow-on works where necessary Ensure compliance with health & safety, risk assessments, and safe systems of work Liaise with residents, providing clear communication and excellent customer service Manage materials, van stock, and basic reporting using mobile or IT systems Requirements Full UK Driving Licence Clean DBS Previous experience as a Supervisor within a Social Housing role Benefits Company Van, Fuel and Laptop provided Life Insurance Pension
