Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Primary School, Harrow
Location: Harrow, London
Position: HLTA / Experienced Teaching Assistant
Pay Rate: 115- 125 per day (negotiable)
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

About the Role
As an HLTA, you will support teaching and learning across the school, including dedicated time working in EYFS as a Teaching Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing targeted support in EYFS and across a range of primary year groups
Delivering lessons and covering classes when required
Helping to create engaging and purposeful learning experiences
Maintaining a positive, well-managed classroom environment
Adapting effectively to different classes, topics and learning needs
Who We're Looking For
You should be someone who:
Holds HLTA status or has substantial experience as a Teaching Assistant with the ability to lead classes
Has confident classroom management and strong communication skills
Is enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about supporting pupil progress
Can work effectively across all primary key stages, including EYFS
