We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to monitor and maintain the legal compliance and operational efficiency of our vehicles in line with company policies and UK legislation. In this role, you'll work closely with the Fleet Compliance Team to ensure vehicles are serviced, MOT'd, and repaired promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing availability. You'll also manage relationships with suppliers and insurers, keep accurate records, and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee vehicle servicing, MOTs, and accident repairs in line with company policy and legislation. Manage the vehicle defect process and service schedules to ensure maximum fleet availability. Liaise with third-party suppliers and insurers regarding accidents and damages. Monitor driver compliance and escalate any concerns or patterns as needed. Produce reports and KPI information for the management team. HGV Compliance is a must!
