Job Description
You'll handle a broad range of work including:
- Bridging and property finance transactions
- Acting for banks and short-term finance lenders
- Dual and separate representation
- Drafting loan documents, deeds of priority, and third-party mortgages
- Liaising with borrowers' solicitors and reviewing legal packs
- Managing title insurance matters
- Supporting general commercial property transactions
The Successful Applicant
- 3-4 years PQE (flexible for candidates with strong relevant experience)
- Experience in secured lending and bridging finance, particularly lender-side
- Solid technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in business development and team growth
