- 37.5 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)
- 1 weekend in 4 (on a 2-week rotating rota)
- Early shift: 06:30 - 14:00
- Late shift: 11:00 - 20:00
- Meal service times:
- Breakfast - 07:00 to 08:30
- Lunch - 12:00 to 13:30
- Dinner - 17:30 to 18:30
