Top Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of the City are seeking a Senior Associate of 5 years + PQE within their Employment Law team. Experience required for this Employment Senior Associate Solicitor role:

• Both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Experience of Trade Union matters would be an advantage
• Breach of contract
• Constructive dismissal
• Whistleblowing
• TUPE
• Attending court hearings and conferences
• Able to demonstrate strong technical skills with an ability to present solutions effectively
• Draft letters, correspondence, and other legal documents

Qualifications for this Employment Senior Associate Solicitor vacancy:

• Minimum of 5 years PQE admitted in the UK
• Employment law experience is essential
• Strong advocacy skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Business development experience
