Join Our Highways Team as a Service Delivery Manager
We're looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our Highways team based in Thimble Mill Lane, Birmingham. In this key role, you'll lead the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of highways operations. Working closely with Birmingham Highways Limited (BHL), Birmingham City Council (BCC), supply chain partners, and stakeholders, you'll ensure effective stewardship of the network in line with client policies and requirements.

Location: Thimble Mill Lane, Birmingham - travel to the office required with some remote working available
Hours: Permanent, Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per year + bonus + private healthcare + £7,350 annual car allowance + benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll collaborate across teams to ensure smooth and effective operations, particularly for winter services and emergency response. You'll take ownership of delivering routine, cyclical, and capital maintenance, as well as resilience works making sure projects are completed safely to a high standard, on time and within budget.
