The Role As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be maintaining an existing portfolio of clients as well as developing new clients and your responsibilities will include: Working with a portfolio of new and existing clients, in close collaboration with the team to provide tailored insurance solutions across lines including but not limited to Casualty (Public Liability, Employers Liability, Product Liability), Professional Indemnity, Fleet, and SME Packages for Retail, Hospitality etc. Providing comprehensive customer support and advice to meet the insurance needs of your clients. Develop a strong understanding of the clients business and requirements, and their risks. Dealing with new business enquires, and cross-selling to your existing client base. Liaising and negotiating with insurers to identify the most suitable insurance products for your clients. Handling day-to-day queries and enquiries from both clients and insurers. Providing outstanding customer service, developing lasting relationships. About You A minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance industry as either a Commercial Account Handler, Commercial Broker, or Commercial Account Manager - this is essential! Experience and confidence of working with SME and Mid-Market clients. In depth knowledge of Liability insurance products is a must, and experience across other commercial lines is highly desirable.
