Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 negotiable depending on expereince
Hours: Monday to Friday 07h30 to 17h30

Rhubarb Recruitment is hiring a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager for a premium fast-casual healthy food brand, located in Central London. This is a hands-on Kitchen Manager Job in London, working with a growing independent QSR concept, with a focus on fresh-prep, healthy oven-led menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations and Central Production Unit (CPU)
  • Oversee batch prep, cook chill, vacuum-pack workflows
  • Ensure correct Health & Safety procedures
  • Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste
  • Support menu development

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in QSR, dark kitchens, or production kitchens is ideal
  • Skilled in cook chill, vacuum-packing, and Rational ovens
  • Strong administration skills
