Champion behavioural safety initiatives and promote employee engagement in all aspects of workplace safety. Drive proactive hazard reporting and ensure learnings are shared across teams. Qualifications and Experience NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) is essential. Proven experience in a Health and Safety management role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation and compliance requirements. Track record of implementing new systems and driving safety culture change. Confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the business. Hands-on approach, comfortable being on the factory floor daily.
