Warehouse Operative / Forklift Truck Driver Location: Altrincham Salary: £26,000 + performance bonus + Overtime We re looking for a reliable, energetic, and proactive Warehouse Partner / Forklift Truck Driver to join our client s busy Altrincham operation. If you bring personality, accuracy, and a strong work ethic, this role offers a great environment to grow and make an impact. Key Responsibilities Optimise pallet space to maximise warehouse capacity Prepare bulk stock for the replenishment team Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a fast-paced setting Carry out stocktakes and replenish stock following the process Rotate stock to maintain product quality and date integrity Safely unload containers and manage inbound deliveries About You 2+ years warehouse experience in a fast-paced pick & pack environment Experience handling garments/apparel (advantageous) Clean UK driving licence Valid Forklift Truck licence is advantageous but not essential Willingness to undergo training for FLT License Excellent attention to detail; confident reading detailed SKU information Numerate and computer-literate (basic WMS or Excel experience an advantage) Strong communicator and team player Hard-working, proactive, and committed to delivering great service Customer-focused attitude What s on Offer £26,000 salary (40-hour week) Performance bonus Supportive, trust-based working culture Loyalty scheme Medicash healthcare plan 23 days holiday Fun days, treats, and on-site Pilates/exercise sessions Genuine opportunities for personal progression Hours: June August: Mon Fri, 7:50am 4:30pm, Sept May: Mon Fri, 7:50am 5:00pm Breaks: Paid morning and afternoon breaks, unpaid lunch If you ve got at least two years of warehouse experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that truly values its people offering long-term progression, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives you don t find just anywhere.
