Mechanical Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer Keighley Permanent Position Competitive Salary, plus Car/Car Allowance + Flexible Benefits Summary We have an exciting new opportunity for a mechanically biased Project Engineer / senior project engineer, to join our team working at Airedale hospital project in Keighley. In this role you will play a key part in leading the delivery of this project, being responsible for ensuring that all activities within your area of control are engineered to specification, and delivered safely, profitably and to customer satisfaction. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Ensuring that our safety first and foremost message is visible and alive through all activities on the project Participate in pre-commencement activities to maximise opportunities, efficiency and profitability Review the project scope of works to ensure precise provision of the customer's requirements Lead the identification of project risks and opportunities, and take responsibility to mitigate or enhance those in your control Ensure engineering solutions are designed, procured and delivered to financial and commercial objectives. Provide accurate and timely information on site progress to the Project Manager and Commercial Lead Manage specialist sub-contractor packages including safety, planning, progress, quality and financial governance Manage any sub-contract resource if applicable. Provide leadership to project team members within your area of control, maximising performance and ensuring objectives are met. Build and maintain positive customer relationships Ensure project is closed out in accordance with customer requirements, maximising project profitability What we're looking for : To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of mechanical installations, in a construction environment, and previous experience in a similar role.
