Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including file management and client correspondence
  • Oversee diary management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination (in-person and remote)
  • Communicate professionally with clients and external parties
  • Prepare legal bundles using electronic tools and maintain organised document systems
  • Support billing and time recording processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards
  • Collaborate with a wider team to maintain a supportive working environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication style
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous, but not essential
