Our client, a leader in the defence and security sector, is currently seeking a Head of Electronic and Electrical Engineering to lead their teams over multiple locations. This permanent position is integral to the strategic direction and operational success of their Electronic and Electrical engineering functions within the defence industry. Key Responsibilities: As the Head of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, you will: Inspire, lead, and develop the engineering team, focusing on career development, performance management, and fostering a high-performance culture. Manage team capacity, leading recruitment efforts and ensuring projects are staffed with suitably qualified personnel. Drive technical excellence and governance, improving business processes and championing best practices in engineering solutions. Coordinate with other heads and directors to ensure cross-disciplinary alignment and successful project delivery.
