Computer literate with report writing ability. Ability to plan and supervise survey operations, manage personnel and communicate effectively with offshore, onshore and Client personnel. Capable of generating a safe and quality-based culture within the offshore team. An excellent communicator (verbally and written) and able to form good working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels. Disciplined, self-motivated and flexible team player.
