FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join an international manufacturing company based in Reading. They offer hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package.

This role will support the business performance management processes for the group including monthly reviews, annual planning, forecasting, and reporting.

The right candidate will be part-qualified looking to progress and develop in a rapidly growing organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the monthly financial reporting process
• Conduct analysis of KPIs
• Supporting the development and maintenance of financial models & reports to provide insight on business performance and commercial opportunities for growth
• Assisting with the production, analysis and consolidation of forecasts and budgets
• Assist in the execution of the annual budget process and forecasts
• Liaise with stakeholders and different finance/non-finance departments
• Assisting with the improvement of processes

Requirements:

• Part or Fully Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Advanced Excel
