Job Description

Residential Manager - New Opening

Salary - 45,000 - 50,000

Working Pattern - Monday - Friday operation

Location - SE16

A prestigious new development is looking for a Residence Manger to deliver 5 star service and standards; managing the facilities & concierge team whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with the clients/team in a high-level setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate may be a 5 hotel manager or assistant hotel manager looking for a new challenge. Or a Head Concierge looking for their next career move from a residential setting. You must be comfortable and thrive/enjoy dealing with the residence community as well as working closely with the developer.
There is an arrangement with a local Leisure club for the residences and the building boasts a roof garden and club room

Must have:

  • Experience of working as Manager/Operation manager in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5 customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
  • Facilities experience, health and safety knowledge, technical knowledge of a residents infrastructure - this is a new build so their will be snagging etc
  • Track record of delivering first-class customer service
  • Knowledge and proven capability of all HR processes

The client is looking for an ambitious individual as there is opportunity for growth with this role and the developer with opportunity to take on more once this residence has opened. They are keen to see candidates who are career minded.

Property Management degree is desirable but not essential.
