You'll be playing a vital role in the ongoing management, support, and maintenance of a critical system for us and our customers, ensuring high levels of reliability and platform uptime.You'll have the following responsibilitiesProviding ongoing support to an existing cloud-based platform and resolving technical platform issues.Carrying out regular platform management and maintenance activities such as user management, platform monitoring and patch management.Automating specific management and maintenance activities, to increase efficiency and platform availability.Working in close partnership with, and as an integral part of, the development team to understand and take on support of updates and new deployments.Working directly with our customers to understand their ways of working and requirements, in order to better support and manage the platform.You'll have the following skills & experienceDue to the sensitive nature of our work, you will be required to gain and maintain high level government security clearance and be willing to undergo the initial enhanced screening.
