Job Title: Quality Inspector (Medical Devices) - Influence Change, Don t Just Log Errors Location: Saxmundham, Suffolk Salary: £35k-£40k + Overtime & Bonus Shift: Double Days (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm rotating) The Reality Check: Most Quality roles are about firefighting someone else's mess, drowning in paperwork, and being ignored when you flag issues early. What Makes This Role Different: Technical Ownership: You will be on the shop floor, using your hands and your expertise (Mechanical checks, Visual inspection, Calibration) rather than just entering data into a spreadsheet. Modern Systems: They are ISO 13485 and FDA regulated, but they use digital systems that actually work, supporting you instead of slowing you down. Real-World Impact: You are inspecting products that go directly into hospitals and clinics. Your work directly impacts patient safety. Who You Are: You are likely in a regulated manufacturing environment (Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, or Precision Engineering) and you are tired of standards being "optional."
