Job Description:

Our client is a leading firm of Chartered Accountants, who have recently expanded through acquisitions of local practices; they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to head up the regions development opportunities 

You will support the office in generating new fees from existing and potential clients by providing a coordinated approach to Business Development and targeting. 

This will mean supporting the Business Development culture by providing a structured approach to and advice on targeting, client retention and development, pitch support and relationship management.

Manage, monitor and measure business development activity through the sales reporting system
Analyse and report on targeting and business development activity to improve success rate

Job Requirements:

Skills: 

CIM Marketing Qualification
Proven track record of project managing marketing programmes and business development experience targeting new and existing business
Experienced user of CRM systems
Experienced and comfortable in dealing with Partners, and able to tailor their style and approach
Experience in working within a leading professional Firm
