Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant with a minimum of 5 years experience to provide full admin support to a small team of multidisciplinary consulting engineers. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task. You must have excellent attention to detail and have a good working knowledge of MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

The successful candidate must be comfortable in answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and confident manner and relaying messages/information to the team. You must be a good timekeeper and give 100% to the role. Ideally you will be bubbly and approachable with a 'can do' attitude.

Duties will include (but not limited to):-

  • Meet, greet and organize refreshments.
  • Diligent coverage of incoming telephone calls, emails and post.
  • Print/scan/copy/laminate & bind documents.
  • Booking flight/train tickets when required.
  • Collate information and format documents/reports.
  • Strong proof reading and attention to detail skills.
  • Managing the calendar of the Regional Manager.
  • Supporting the HR admin duties when required.
  • Ordering stationary and other office supplies.
  • Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively within deadlines.
  • Organise meeting room for meetings.
  • General office support wherever possible.
