Job Description:

A B2B software business is looking for a Head of Online to lead a team and manage multiple websites across multiple countries.

You will provide a strategy that will continuously improve performance for the websites.

HEAD OF ONLINE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a team of UX, UI, website managers and performance managers.
  • Manage the on-going development and roadmap of integrated websites
  • Manage the analytics reporting and provide improvement recommendations
  • Work with development teams to deliver against roadmap
  • Work with marketing and IT to integrate websites with automation and CRM
  • Provide a strategic view and longer-term perspective of website requirements and strategy

HEAD OF ONLINE EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in B2B complex websites, preferably across multiple countries
  • Previously managed teams
  • Experience of managing web performance and implementing programs for continuous improvement (A/B testing, SEO etc.
