Job Description:

Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major public sector client in the UK. We are currently recruiting Account Manager (Head) to be based at London for 12 Months.

Key accountabilities

To create, and own, the rolling, Customer Account Management Strategy, ensuring that clear and measurable objectives and KPIs are defined and met through the pilot period.

Work with the account management and engagement team to build and maintain relationships with identified key customers for mutual benefit.

Set and deliver stretching targets to deliver KPIs, in particular, requisition reduction and application quality, digital uptake and commercial revenues.

Review and improve efficient process both with customers and internally to achieve our aims.

Work with corporate comms and the engagement team to manage, consistent messaging to customers, and campaigns to support and drive key initiatives eg digital mortgage uptake.

Identify new opportunities and create the case for change internally.

Work collaboratively with colleagues in Customer Insight & Experience, Policy Development,

Market Insight, Service development and Operational Delivery teams to continuously improve

Current operating model and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Identify and manage potential risks to customer engagement and management, providing contingencies and recommendations for remedial action/mitigation.

Set out necessary reporting to drive both improvements in managing customers (eg knowledge base) but also to help internal colleagues understand customer needs and Business issues.

Responsible for the line management, professional development and effectiveness of the pilot account management and the engagement team.

Create a culture of learning and development to help meet and exceed performance goals.
