Job Description:

Urgently seeking four experienced waking night support workers

Learning Disability Service in Sandbach.

Pay rates are £8ph - £8.50ph. plus enhanced overtime rate

Working Hours

Full time, permanent contracts

3 week rolling rota including weekends

Overtime is very often available

Responsibilities -

  • To provide a high standard of person cantered care and support for each vulnerable adult.
  • To ensure that daily support is safe, consistent, planned, reliable and on time.
  • To work in a team and give a professional high level of care that benefits the services users.

What we want from a support worker-

  • A minimum of one year's experience working in a health and social care setting.
  • Experience of working with young people / service users with a range of social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Experience of working with individuals with developmental disorder, mental health or autism spectrum disorder
  • Driving license is an advantage but not essential
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 desirable
