Due to our great success in recruitment, L&G Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Business Developer to join our team in Hockley, Birmingham.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development person with a background in new business development or strategic account management.
You will be showcasing our experienced consultant’s profiles and work with customers to show our consultants technical expertise that will meet their business requirements.

This position is responsible for positively impacting customer satisfaction, new business growth, and the successful introduction of new solutions to providing proactive support to the customer to meet their growing recruitment business needs. This will be accomplished by gaining a thorough understanding of the clients' business and industry, 

Corresponding initiatives, developing compelling business values and positive closures.

The main duties of Recruitment Business Developer include:
 
  • Generating leads, developing new business opportunities
  • Face to face meetings with client's to demonstrate our online recruitment solution
  • a consultative approach with vendors
  • account management to maximise revenue
  • Competitor analysis
The Recruitment Business Developer will be highly organised and proactive. Other essential qualities include:
 
  • Previous Account Management experience within IT Recruitment or Engineering
  • Experience of B2B Sales
  • Proven track record in Business Development
  • Knowledge of the UK & Europe Geographical regions.
  • Solid account management experience
  • Commercially aware
  • Self-motivated, driven and organised with the ability to manage own diary
  • Ability to work and succeed in a targeted sales environment
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent team worker
The basic salary is (GBP) 28 - 35K per annum plus uncapped commission.  

This role would suit an experienced Business Developer, Business Development Manager, or Account Manager.
