Their 20 years of shared history is the bedrock for the future success of my client with its new partner, the RAC.  They’re passionate about developing innovative cloud-based solutions for the Connected-Car industry and our award winning platform is about to disrupt B2B and B2C markets across the world.
 
Job Description
We’re looking for a seasoned Hardware/Firmware designer: Someone who has been there, done that and believes a Team can achieve much more than an individual.
At Nebula you will be required to lead by example and earn the trust of your fellow Team Members. We want someone who will put The Team’s needs before his own, and to who the Team Members will naturally go to for advice or help.
You will be required to Develop Solutions from idea to conception. You will need to understand ideas and/or problems, turn them into requirements, design, code and even test them.
You will also be required to be on the lookout for constant improvement, show great attitude and willingness to share and discuss ideas.
At Nebula, you will be working with a team of skilled, highly motivated individuals towards hitting milestones and deadlines.
 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing Embedded systems
  • Electronics degree or equivalent (i.e. Electronics, Control Systems, Automotive Engineering, Computer science, Mechatronics)
  • Hardware / PCB design
  • Embedded systems firmware design
  • C/C++ programming
 
Desirable skills:
  • Automotive Communications Systems (CAN, LIN, ISO, etc.)
  • Bluetooth communications design
  • GSM communications design
  • Designing for low power consumption and small space-volumes
  • Manufacturing Process Management
  • Experience working in a software development team
Key Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience designing Embedded systems Electronics degree or equivalent (i.e. Electronics, Control Systems, Automotive Engineering, Computer science, Mechatronics) Hardware / PCB design, Embedded systems firmware design,C/C++ programming
